“The version of you that survived deserves compassion. The version you are becoming deserves celebration.”

What Therapy Feels Like

Therapy is a space where you can finally set down the weight you’ve been carrying — the worry, self-doubt, lost sense of self, and even money stress. At Mindful Muse, sessions are one-on-one and are designed to meet you exactly where you are, while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What Therapy Looks Like

01. Length:
We’ll meet weekly or biweekly for 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs — something we’ll decide together.

02. Where we’ll meet:
Sessions are held virtually through a HIPAA-secure video platform, so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

03. Insurance:
I am currently paneled with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United Healthcare

04. Self-Pay:
I also offer self-pay options for those who prefer more flexibility and privacy outside of using insurance.

Community Access Program

Therapy should not feel out of reach.

The Community Access Program was created for adults who are ready to engage in therapy but are experiencing financial barriers to care.

A limited number of reduced-cost therapy spaces are available to help make support more accessible during difficult seasons of life.

How It Works

  • Two Community Access Program spaces are available at a time.

  • Accepted participants receive up to three months of free therapy on a biweekly basis.

  • Before the program ends, we'll discuss options for continued support moving forward.

  • If all spaces are filled, applicants may join the waitlist and will be contacted when an opening becomes available.

Eligibility

You may be a good fit if financial circumstances are creating a barrier to therapy, including:

• Low or fixed income

• Unemployment or underemployment

• Disability or limited benefits

• Lack of insurance coverage

• Significant financial hardship

Eligibility is determined through conversation rather than documentation. This program is built on mutual trust, honesty, and transparency.
