Community Support Initiative
Because healing doesn't only happen in therapy.
A Note from Jasmine
I created the Community Support Initiative because some of life's hardest moments can't be solved by insight alone.
Sometimes people need a safe place to start over.
My hope is to help people restart with dignity while supporting the mind, body, and soul along the way.
Community Access Program
The Community Access Program provides a limited number of pro-bono (free) and reduced-cost and fully sponsored therapy spaces for individuals experiencing financial hardship or significant life transitions.
The goal is simple: to make therapy more accessible when support is needed most.
Community Resources
Practical support for individuals rebuilding after a major life transition.
Resources may include:
Restart Bags
Books for all ages
Clothing and seasonal items
Personal care and hygiene products
School and office supplies
Household essentials
Community-donated resources
Each Restart Bag is thoughtfully assembled based on individual needs and may include personal care items, comfort items, resource information, and practical supports designed to help someone take their next step forward.
Additional community resources—including clothing, household items, books, children's items, and donated supplies—may also be available depending on need and current inventory.
Community Events & Gatherings
Mindful Muse participates in and hosts community opportunities designed to make support more accessible, reduce isolation, and encourage personal growth.
These may include:
Local vendor and community events
Mental health awareness initiatives
Budgeting and financial wellness conversations
Community resource and donation drives
Partnerships with schools and local organizations
Mindfulness, self-reflection, and soul-centered practices
Upcoming events will be shared here and on social media.
Let's Connect
If you're looking for resources, interested in donating, or would like to partner on a future initiative, please reach out.
Community support at Mindful Muse is designed to complement therapy, not replace it.
